Options:
1) Full Refund.
2) A substitute may be sent in your place.
3) Transfer the registration to another webinar date. We attempt to host the same webinar at least twice in the same school year to best accommodate transfers. Registration can be transferred to another webinar date and presentation topic(difference in fees may apply).

Credit towards a future webinar or a substitute may be sent in your place, with prior approval by AEP Connections, LLC.

AEP Connections reserves the right to substitute speakers in the event of a speaker cancellation. AEP Connections reserves the right to change the “live in person” conference to a “Livestream” webinar in the event of weather, pandemic, Acts of God, or national or local guidelines. Our refund policy applies to all registration payments including those by purchase order.
On-Demand Courses
For distance learning - independent courses (on demand courses), the only refunds offered will be those courses that AEP Connections would cancel. All other purchases of on demand courses are final.
